ACCC reauthorises the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC), extending consumer protections
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has reauthorised the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC) for a further five years, allowing the NETCC program to continue its role in helping protect consumers as Australians rapidly adopt solar, batteries and other new energy technologies.
