(a) Scope of Use: I am authorised to use the NETCC Sales and Installation Agreement (the "Agreement") solely as the formal basis for contracts between my business and end customers for the sale and/or installation of new energy technology (Permitted Purpose).
(b) Licence Grant: Effective from the date the Agreement is received from the Clean Energy Council, I am granted an exclusive, irrevocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to utilise the Agreement for the Permitted Purpose.
